By accessing or using AuthSetu systems, operational environments, websites, forms, support systems, billing workflows, or digital infrastructure services, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and operational requirements.
If a user does not agree with these terms, access to AuthSetu operational environments and services should not continue.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to AuthSetu systems is accurate, lawful, operationally appropriate, and does not violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or operational standards.
Clients agree not to misuse operational systems, client portals, communication environments, infrastructure services, automation workflows, or support systems.
- Provide accurate operational information

- Protect account and access credentials
- Respond to operational workflow requests when required
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
5. Billing & Payment Terms
Operational invoices may be generated for infrastructure coordination, service deployment, workflow execution, operational consultation, automation systems, or digital infrastructure services.
Payments may be processed through:
- UPI business transfer
- Bank transfer workflows
- Invoice-based operational coordination
- Approved payment gateway systems
Operational workflows, deployments, infrastructure coordination, or consultation services may be paused until payment verification is completed.
6. Service Timelines

7. Refund & Cancellation Limitations
Due to the operational, digital, infrastructure-based, and consultation-oriented nature of services, payments are generally non-refundable once:

- Infrastructure planning has started
- Consultation workflows have been initiated
- Automation systems have been configured
- Development or deployment work has started
- Operational resources have been allocated

8. Operational Availability

9. Intellectual Property
AuthSetu branding, infrastructure systems, workflows, automation environments, website content, operational materials, designs, and related digital assets remain the intellectual property of AuthSetu Operations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
AuthSetu Operations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, operational, technical, financial, or business-related losses arising from:

- Operational delays
- Unauthorized system access
- Workflow interruptions
- Client-side technical issues
Users acknowledge that digital infrastructure environments inherently involve operational and technical risks.
11. Third-Party Services
AuthSetu may utilize third-party platforms, infrastructure providers, communication systems, payment processors, analytics environments, automation services, and hosting providers to support operational workflows and infrastructure coordination.
Third-party services operate independently under their respective policies and operational standards.
12. Operational Communication
By interacting with AuthSetu systems, users consent to operational communication related to:
- Support coordination
- Infrastructure workflows
- Billing and invoices
- Operational updates
- Workflow notifications
- Service coordination
- Project communication
13. Policy Modifications
AuthSetu reserves the right to modify operational workflows, infrastructure systems, pricing structures, service offerings, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
