Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines the operational cancellation structure applicable to AuthSetu Operations infrastructure services, operational workflows, AI automation environments, website systems, digital infrastructure coordination, support workflows, and operational service environments across India.
1. Operational Workflow Structure
AuthSetu provides structured digital infrastructure services involving operational planning, workflow coordination, technical preparation, automation systems, deployment activities, infrastructure analysis, consultation workflows, and digital operational management.
Operational resources, infrastructure allocation, technical coordination, and workflow preparation may begin shortly after service confirmation, invoice approval, or operational assignment.
2. Cancellation Requests
Clients may request cancellation of operational services by submitting a structured cancellation request through approved operational communication channels.
Cancellation requests should include:
- Invoice or order reference
- Operational workflow details
- Registered communication information
- Reason for cancellation request
Operational cancellation requests are subject to workflow review, infrastructure allocation status, technical preparation stages, and operational coordination progress.
3. Cancellation Before Workflow Activation
Operational requests may be cancelled before infrastructure workflows, deployment coordination, operational preparation, technical execution, or workflow assignment has started.
If cancellation is requested before operational activation, the request may qualify for review under applicable operational billing and refund policies.
4. Cancellation After Workflow Activation
Once operational workflows become active, cancellation limitations may apply.
Operational workflows are generally considered active after:
- Invoice confirmation
- Payment verification
- Infrastructure planning initiation
- Operational resource allocation
- Technical coordination commencement
- Automation setup initiation
- Development or deployment activity
- Workflow execution assignment
Because operational resources, technical time, workflow allocation, and infrastructure preparation may already be committed, cancellation requests after activation may not qualify for refunds or operational reversals.
5. Subscription & Recurring Service Cancellation
Recurring operational services, automation retainers, monitoring environments, visibility systems, maintenance workflows, and operational support retainers may continue according to agreed billing cycles unless cancellation is requested before the next billing period begins.
Clients are responsible for requesting recurring service cancellation in advance of renewal dates.
6. Third-Party Infrastructure & External Costs
Certain operational workflows may involve third-party services including:
- Domain registration systems
- Hosting infrastructure
- Automation platforms
- Software licensing
- External integrations
- Infrastructure subscriptions
- Operational service providers
Third-party operational costs, licensing charges, infrastructure purchases, or external workflow expenses may remain non-cancellable and non-refundable once initiated.
7. Operational Delays & Client Communication
Delays caused by incomplete operational information, delayed approvals, unavailable infrastructure access, missing credentials, communication gaps, or client-side workflow interruptions do not automatically qualify as operational cancellation grounds.
Clients are responsible for maintaining timely communication and providing required operational coordination where applicable.
8. Workflow Suspension
AuthSetu reserves the right to suspend, pause, delay, or discontinue operational workflows if:
- Required operational information is unavailable
- Infrastructure access is not provided
- Payment verification remains incomplete
- Operational misuse is identified
- Security or compliance concerns arise
- Workflow coordination becomes technically unfeasible
9. Communication Channels
Cancellation coordination and operational workflow communication should be conducted only through approved operational communication environments including:
- Official operational email systems
- Client portal communication workflows
- Support coordination environments
- Structured operational communication channels
10. Policy Modifications
AuthSetu reserves the right to modify operational workflows, service structures, cancellation procedures, infrastructure coordination methods, or this Cancellation Policy at any time based on operational, legal, technical, or infrastructure requirements.
Continued use of AuthSetu systems after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated operational policies.
